All MoonSaddle products are covered by a limited one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase. We guarantee our products are free of material and workmanship defects. Defective products will be replaced during the warranty period without question or additional cost. All other warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied, are excluded. All MoonSaddle products are protected under U.S. Patents and/or Trademarks.

We ask that you give your SmartSaddle and MoonSaddle a thorough trial during the first 30 days before requesting a return. Some bicycle enthusiasts find the MoonSaddle to have a “different” feel than other saddles with noses. Your body needs time to adjust and rebalance to the unique pleasure of cycling free from groin pain and pressure. Relief from an uncomfortable saddle and the accompanying health issues should be worth giving your MoonSaddle a complete trial.

The refund policy is the following:

  1. Requests must be made after 30 days and before 90 days from the purchase date.
  2. Refunds include the original purchase price minus a $15 restocking fee.
  3. Refunds don’t include shipping costs. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the saddle(s).
